Since 1985, Asset Development Group, LLC has built a strong brand as the region’s preeminent owner and operator of high-quality manufactured home communities in Wisconsin. As a proven leader in MH development, ownership and management, we have expanded our geographic footprint to Minnesota, the upper peninsula of Michigan.

Approximately 99% of the homes in our communities are owned by our residents. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not have active home leasing or rent-to-own programs. "Very friendly and clean. Spacious sites . Easy in and out . Treated like family . I read the reviews good and bad before I got here and after staying here 4 days i dont see how this place could get any bad reviews . Only 5 minutes from lake geneva. Definitely recommend this place."

"Nice and quiet. A good place to raise your kids. Nice school district and there is a library in town. People here are to themselves but kind. No real trouble but could be heard about from the locals. Did I mention its Quiet? There is the train from a distance but no noises are consistant. Even on a Friday or Saturday."
